I can’t remove the back of Citizen watch to replace the battery even with jewelers tools designed to remove case back. Will NEVER own another.

I seems like a really copy, I bought this watch because I like so much but I have seen another one the same style only diffrent name and it is called Citizen Men’s Eco-Drive promaster with better quality, for example the cover of the machinery is totaly different, the watch has hologram I don’t know If there is another model but it seems better than Citizen Men’s Eco-Drive Nighthawk Watch #BJ7000-52E that I bought and also there is a card warranty certified (it is like a credit card) and this product does not have it.

Our watch took 11 days to arrive. A tracking number was not provided until specifically requested through amazon. The only contact options are e-mail or USPS. On this watch’s page, it is stated that the warranty is included. It does not however state that it is an “Amazon” warranty and not the Citizen warranty.

Very elegant watch, has at least four defects. A little too heavy, lacks of an alarm and it would be better if was radiocrontrolled. The calculator is too little to view.

I’ve had this watch for about 5 months now and the threaded crown or body stripped, so the crown no longer locks in place. I’ve tried contacting Citizen for waranty and they say it’s not covered. Citizen claims that I over tightened it or cross-threaded it while screwing down, so it will cost $50-100 to repair.
TOTAL JOKE! I’ll never purchase a Citizen watch again. I’ve always thought they were cheap to begin with. This just confirms my thoughts.
